Cúrate Restaurant Re-Opens
Last week we had the pleasure of attending the friends and family event for the re-opening of the newly expanded Cúrate restaurant in Asheville, NC. This was an incredible project to work on with Chef Katie Button, Felix Mena and the entire Heirloom Hospitality Group.
The already popular restaurant decided to expand into the adjoining storefront, doubling its square footage. We were fortunate to be included at the onset of their decision to expand - executing the vision of Felix's dream tapas and sherry bar was pure pleasure. We worked with them to reflect the Barcelona feel, from graphics and artwork to furniture and seating plans. The custom lighting and bespoke banquettes round out the look and help to integrate and update the design of the existing restaurant space.
The resulting space is warm, inviting, and makes you want to saddle up to the fabulous zinc bar and order a sherry (or two). We are thrilled to create dynamic spaces that so many people have the opportunity to enjoy. While we are gluttons for great design, it is worth mentioning that the food and cocktail menu should not be missed. Check out Curate on your next trip to Asheville!
